Catie began her insurance career at Zander Insurance in 2008 where she worked as a part-time customer service Administrative Assistant while obtaining her degree in Social Work. During these years she gained the base of her knowledge in personal and commercial lines insurance. She built a strong foundation by learning the guidelines and processes while working with over 15 insurance carriers.

For several years after getting her bachelor’s Degree in 2012, she was a counselor at a local nonprofit organization with a concentration on helping families fight alcohol and substance abuse. Catie re-entered the world of insurance in 2016 with her Property & Casualty Insurance License.

Since that time she has been providing exceptional customer service for clients and their personal insurance needs with a focus on the successful client market. She has received several awards for exceeding service standards over the last 5 years. Catie began her journey with Fridrich, Pinson, and Associates as a Customer Service Agent in 2021.

A Nashville native, Catie has lived here her whole life. In her free time, she paints and takes hikes with her husband of 9 years and their schnauzer.
