Jim Denton is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and served in the United States Marine Corps. Across the course of his business career he has held a number of executive management positions with companies such as Commerce Union Bank, Hamilton Bank of Nashville and Corroon & Black (Willis).

He joined Fridrich, Pinson & Associates in 1999. Jim is active in the Men of Valor outreach program. A native of Birmingham, Alabama, he and his wife, Berenice, are the proud grandparents of 13 grandchildren.
