Teresa Durham is a customer service representative with forty years of commercial property and casualty insurance experience. Teresa has a bachelor’s degree in Management and Human Relations from Trevecca Nazarene University. She has also completed several professional insurance designations that include the Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter (CPCU), Accredited Advisor in Insurance (AI), and Associate in Underwriting (AU) from the Insurance Institute. She also has her Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC) designation from the Risk Management and Insurance Institute. Teresa has spent much of her insurance career in the retail insurance agency environment. She enjoys the opportunity to help clients understand their insurance program and is very focused on providing outstanding customer service.
